Welcome to Cloudsky's Terms of Service! Please read the following terms carefully before using our services.
These Terms of Service (or Terms of Use) explain your duties and rights within the Cloudsky service described below and our duty to provide the service. When you use or create an account on Cloudsky, you agree to these terms.
Conditions
We fully agree to the use of the Service for the creation of randomly and uniquely fully encrypted passwords end-to-end offered by the Cloudsky Team ("Cloudsky," "We," or "The Cloudsky"). By using the service, you ("You" or "Customer") agree that you have read, understood, and are accessing Cloudsky in accordance with the terms of this contract. If you do not agree with any or none of the following terms, you may not use and enjoy this service in any way.
You agree to use the Service legally, ethically, and in compliance with this Agreement. It is strictly prohibited to circumvent the service or access it in a manner that is contrary to these terms.
Your Duties
In exchange for our commitment to providing the Service, we require you to commit to the following. We want our Service to be as open and inclusive as possible, but we also want it to be secure and compliant. Therefore, we need you to commit to some restrictions to be able to use the service.
At a minimum, you must be 16 years old to use Cloudsky to create your passwords online or the legal minimum age in your country. You must not be prohibited from receiving any part of our Service under applicable law.
To provide these services, you must provide us with up-to-date and accurate information (including registration information). Also, you must not impersonate someone other than yourself and cannot create an account for someone else unless you have their express permission.
By creating a new password within the service, you allow us to fully encrypt this information with the private encryption called Sixcry, which is always at your disposal, and you are solely and legitimately responsible for decrypting or showing it to a third party.
Sixcry Encryption
Our services incorporate state-of-the-art end-to-end encryption technology called Sixcry. We recommend visiting the Sixcry website for detailed information on this technology. Sixcry provides an additional layer of security to your passwords, ensuring that only authorized parties have access to the information.
Password Creation and Encryption
Cloudsky takes the security and privacy of our users' data seriously. When using our password creation services, it is important to consider the following factors:
- Password Complexity: We recommend using complex and unique passwords for each account. This includes the use of alphanumeric characters, symbols, and uppercase and lowercase letters.
- Regular Password Updates: To ensure maximum security, we suggest regularly updating your passwords. Cloudsky facilitates this process by generating new passwords as needed.
- Sixcry and End-to-End Encryption: Sixcry is a state-of-the-art encryption technology that ensures the security of information during transmission and storage. By opting for Cloudsky services, you benefit from this additional layer of protection with the Sixcry One model.
Payments and Financial Information
- Payment Processing: Cloudsky uses third-party payment services such as Stripe to process financial transactions. When making transactions on our platform, you agree to the terms of service and privacy policies of Stripe.

Content Removal and Deactivation or Termination

With the active paid Being Sky plan on the user's account, if we apply account removal, we must immediately refund the unused portion of that period.
