Welcome to Cloudsky's Data Policy! Please read the following policies carefully before using our services.
This Data Policy describes how Cloudsky collects, uses, and protects information provided by users of its services. By using Cloudsky's services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
What will we do with this information?
When logging in, creating a new account, or during the use of our service, Cloudsky does not store sensitive information such as login passwords, as our services use social login with Google. However, we may collect and store the following information for service provision:
- Google Account Information: When using social login with Google, we collect basic information provided by Google, such as name, email address, account creation date, and user's date of birth. Please note that Google Login is the only way to authenticate to the service at the moment.
- Activity Data: We record information about the user's interaction with our services, including password generation and the use of Sixcry encryption. This includes the time of each activity for security purposes and an approximate region. We analyze activity data to improve our services, identify areas of improvement, and adapt to user needs.
- Approximate Location: We record an approximate location to show the appropriate currency for the purchase of the Being Sky plan and provide the most dynamic checkout experience for everyone.
Service Provision and Data Usage
- Data collected by Cloudsky is used to improve and personalize the user experience. The main purposes include:
- Service Provision: We take care of your online security! We recommend the use of complex and unique passwords for each account. We use the information to generate personalized and unique passwords, offering the Sixcry encryption functionality. Within this information are: creation date, end-to-end encrypted value with the Sixcry One encryption model, and the unique ID generated in our database to identify the owner. Each generated password is recorded as a hexadecimal sequence of the One encryption model, where each formed password is registered encrypted, and only you have access to the decrypted value.
- Protection and Security: Cloudsky employs robust security measures to protect user data against unauthorized access, changes, disclosure, or unauthorized destruction.
- Data Sharing: We do not share personally identifiable information with third parties except for payment processing with the Stripe payment partner to provide an exclusive plan.
Payment Processing Partner
- Stripe as Payment Partner: Cloudsky uses Stripe as its payment processing partner. When conducting financial transactions on our platform, you agree to the terms of service and privacy policies of Stripe.
- Information Shared with Stripe: To process payments, we share minimal necessary information with Stripe, including transaction details and basic account information.
- Stripe Data Security: Stripe adopts strict security practices to protect your financial information. For more details on Stripe's security measures, refer to the Stripe privacy policy atstripe.com/br/privacy.
- Payment Partner Responsibility: Cloudsky does not store sensitive financial information such as credit card numbers. All financial transactions are processed directly by Stripe.
- Changes to Payment Partners: Cloudsky reserves the right to modify or add payment processing partners. These changes will be communicated to users in advance.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here as soon as they are updated, so you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we use and/or disclose it.
If our service is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue operations.
